Mrs. Susan has earned her post graduate degree specialized in Economics and a graduate degree in Education and holds a record of seventeen years of hands-on teaching experience at the senior secondary level. She has aided the school at many levels, the most impressive being the Head of Economics department and her operational as the Chief Coordinator of the Board of discipline. She is able to develop strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills that allow to cultivate a supportive learning environment and reinforce school’s standards, policies and goals. She aspires to establish a school culture conducive to student learning and socialization.
Mrs. Mini Shaji Deputy Vice-Principal, ICSK Senior.
Mrs.Mini Shaji has a wealth of experience of 26 years in school education as an academician. A PGT in Physics with B.Ed. in Physical Science, she has been associated with the leading educational institutions in Kuwait and India where she taught students of the Secondary and Senior Secondary levels. Having worked as the Head of the Department -Physics at ICSK, she focuses not only on academic excellence but also on all round development of her students. As the coordinator of many prestigious projects such as the Higher Education Fair, Arts Fest etc., she sets the bar of excellence very high and inspires everyone to strive for the same. As a team builder Mrs.Mini subscribes to a strong work ethic and believes that the road to success is paved with honesty and hard work. She also believes that education is about developing the minds, hearts and souls of the children so that they are free to become their best selves; and that the magic is to be found not in any specific curriculum but in our optimism and our readiness to believe in each child.
Mrs. C Sheeja Vice-Principal, ICSK Junior
Mrs. C Sheeja, born and brought up in Chennai, is a first class post graduate in physics from prestigious Presidency College, Chennai. She also possesses her bachelor degree in education from the Madras University. Starting her career with DPS, Damanjodi, Orissa, she has acquired vast experience in training young minds. She underwent training in various aspects of education organised by DPS Society, Delhi and AUK, Kuwait. Mrs. Sheeja, a founder member of DPS Kuwait(FAIPS), has a commendable role in its growth. In order to inculcate leadership skills in students at a younger age she introduced primary school students’ council at DPS, Kuwait. She also enjoys immense popularity as a seasoned physics teacher and possesses excellent organisational skills. Education being the most powerful weapon that can change the world; she strongly believes that educating the mind without educating the heart is no education.
A seasoned educator Mrs Sushmeeta Prakash has dedicated her 27 years to the education field. She started her career as a teacher (PGT) in a reputed Indian School in Saudi Arabia and specialises in teaching Social Science. With her panoramic experience, she joined ICSK in 2005 as a secondary teacher and continues to serve the institution as a senior secondary teacher and administrator. She is an efficient organiser. She has also led and has been an integral part of various initiatives and activities at school.
She believes that every student has the potential to succeed in school and life. Her vision is to unlock every student’s potential, and she endeavours to achieve it.
Dr. Mary Isaac Vice - Principal, ICSK Amman
Qualification: M.Sc., Ph.D. A post graduate in Physics (Electronics), Dr. Mary earned her Ph.D. in Physics for the thesis entitled “Investigations on the Infrared and Raman Spectra of Molybdates” from University of Kerala in 1993. The post doctoral work was carried out in the Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala. Dr. Mary was awarded the Senior Research Fellowship by CSIR, Govt. of India.
In 1994, Dr. Mary joined Mar Athanasius College a NAAC accredited "A" Grade Institution, in Kerala as a lecturer. She was appointed University examiner in Physics, Co-Investigator in research Projects and as career development officer, assisting the administration in the conduct of campus placements, national level seminars, training sessions etc.
Dr. Mary has presented research papers in seminars, Kerala Science Congress, UGC sponsored orientation programme for college teachers etc. She has publications in national and international journals including Journal of Raman Spectroscopy, Indian Journal of Physics, Journal of Solid State Chemistry and Spectrochim. Acta.
Dr. Mary joined ICSK Khaitan in 2003 as a Physics teacher where she carried out the responsibilities of senior coordinator, advisor to the school senate, member of various committees & career guidance cell and external examiner for CBSE practical examination.
She is an approved research guide of Mahatma Gandhi University.
Dr. Mary is strongly motivated in teaching, learning, pursuing research and passionate about serving the institution as an educational administrator.
