Circular - Swimming classes schedule...

Dear Parent,

With reference to our earlier circular about starting the swimming classes, we appreciate your overwhelming response to this activity.

\r\n\r\n

But, as the swimming coach was out of station, some of you faced difficulty in contacting him and we regret for this inconvenience.

\r\n\r\n

He is now back to duties and we have finalized the schedule of the classes.

\r\n\r\n

Please note now, that the swimming classes will begin from Friday, 20th Sept. 2019 and will be conducted on Fridays and Saturdays from 3:30 PM 4:30 PM at Salmiya pool.

\r\n\r\n

The transport is arranged from Khaitan school to Pool and back.

\r\n\r\n

Students joining classes and using transport arranged by the coach, need to be dropped at school latest 2:45 PM and collected back at 5:00 PM.

\r\n\r\n

Please note some more important instructions regarding it again.

\r\n\r\n

1. Fees for swimming is KD 25 for 8 classes without transport and KD 30 with transport.
\r\n2. Advance payment must be made before the start of first class itself.
\r\n3. For absentees during set of 8 classes, no refund or compensatory classes will be given.
\r\n4. Please submit the filled in slip below ATTACHED circular herewith for admission. 5. 5. Swimming costumes, caps, goggles should be brought by the students.

\r\n\r\n

Mr Tabish, our PE teacher will be accompanying students. So, he may also be contacted for admission, queries etc. The teachers will make whatsapp group for further communications once the child joins the classes.
