Father we thank Thee for the night
And for the pleasant morning light
For rest and food and loving care
And all that makes the world so fair.
Help us to do the things we should,
To be to others kind and good,
In all we do in all we say
To be more loving everyday

हे भगवान ! दो वरदान,
काम देश के आएँ हम,
वीर बनें हम, धीर बनें हम,
तेरा यश नित गाएँ हम |
सबसे हँसकर मिलना सीखें,
सबके साथ सच्चाई सीखें,
हिंदु, मुस्लिम, सिख, ईसाई,
सबसे मिलकर रहना सीखें ||
